Amazon deliver partner mistake and customer service agent mistake that cancelled my ordered after a long grief

Hello Please help me to get out of my frustration from amazon India.

Order# 404-6168519-4355514 SAMSUNG GALAXY MOBILE M51

I have been waiting for Diwali Sale to select a mobile on discount and order i selected Samsung Galaxy M51 with exchange offered on my POCO f1 i did order on 8th of nov paid by credit card and was promised deliver by 10th Nov , I formatted and deleted all my data from  my poco mobile on 9th night so i will start using my new mobile from 10th .on 10th delivery guy came and i was in office at that time , My wife was at home to collect and exchange mobile but the delivery guy was not with good intentions he called me as said to take mobile delivery i have to be at home as order is at my name i have tried explaining delivery guy that i am on work i can not be home till weekend . i instructed delivery guy to give it to my wife which he has denied and took book delivery . And next day he promised to come again in the morning before i leave for office i agreed but no one came second day that was 11th November. i have contacted and complained with customer service of amazon they promised that deliver will be done on 11th by 9:30 pm for sure. day passed i did call amazon customer care again at 10:0pm same promise for next day 12th November  that delivery will be surly done on 12th . again no delivery made . i got curios and frustrated as they kept me waiting . again they promised for 13th November and same circle nothing delivered , Delivery guy called me and said my order has been misplaced by the delivery guy who came to my home on 10th November they are not able to find and he asked wait for one more day. i did as i have  left with no option . On 14th November when i was complaining again about all i went with waiting and grief for mobile which amount i have already paid i did formatted mobile. they said they understand my problem and they will send a new mobile by Monday for sure , I was very much frustrated with delivery person as he cheated amazon and me as well ,, i did trusted customer service now they said i will receive a new order by Monday 16th of November for sure Samsung Mobile M51 now it is time for customer service agent dumb part –  one lady from amazon care  she created a request for replacement of ordered delivered ORDER # 408-4068292-1082720 , that means Samsung M51 is delivered(NEVER DELIVERED) and i will get replacement of new Samsung M51 . i was not aware of that stupidity ,, delivery guy came on 16th November and too be on safe side i took half day leave from office and went home as i did not wanted to miss delivery and just wanted to finish the matter .

Delivery guy came and ask for mobile to give me i thought exchange of mobile as i already requested and did order for exchange only i gave him POCO f1 he said he need SAMSUNG m51 than only he can deliver SAMSUNG m51 . i was shocked left numb for some time i asked him why he said they received instructions from amazon that it is replacement of order . how can i replace a order which never got delivered ,

In frustration i have called customer service and they also got shocked . it is total agent mistake who created such request and now they dont have any other option than doing refund  . they apologized and told me i have only one option now to take refund .they have told my refund is initiated but i am not sure as there service are pathetic now .

what do get after all this

  1. I was looking for sale and did order after spending time
  2. i did format my old mobile for sake of nothing just grief
  3. i being waiting and calling and waiting and calling all from a week time for only grief
  4. i have lost all discounts and offers on other platform also i missed it because of amazon mistake.
  5. false promises by amazon and delivery guy misleading my order
  6. i still did not got refund to my card
  7.  i did even ordered to mobile M51 cases for nothing

Please do something as  i have already being went in so much
