I ordered the kid’s cycle along with the installation (399 RS for installation and paid) from Amazon. They delivered the product on time but delayed the installation. I went outside the cycle shop and the installation was done in 1 hour with 200 Rupees.
I canceled the installation and asked for a refund but they are asking GST bill of installation so that they will process a refund. A cycle shop person under the tree can not provide the bill and the same is informed to Amazon.
They rejected my request and Amazon is not processing the refund. Amazon is cheating the customers. I request you to help me on this.
