Good afternoon sir. Actually i had ordered Tshirts from Amazon and due to some colours size issue i had to return the same.. and while returning the t-shirts the Amazon delivery boy also took snaps of the product to be returned . And after successful verification from their end i handed over my products to the delivery boy.. now after 15 days i am being told that the product is different from what i have ordered so we cannot issue refund. While as its still on record that the product is same as i have received.. kindly help
