Order# 402-0620693-6636338 was supposed to be delivered by 9 PM , 20th July, however i havent received any updates regarding delivery.
i have been following up with Amazon via various channels like twitter and online customer service, every single person assured about today’s delivery.
when i had approached customer service at 7:46 PM, 20th July, they told me its delayed and have to wait for another 48 hours.
this was not communicated to me while i was interacting with them multiple time. and they also denied for any compensation.
