Sir,

I had ordered for a Logitech WIreless Keyboard and Mouse from Amazon website (www.amazon.in) on 06-Aug-2020 vide order id: 4405-2929680-0987514

The cost of the product was Rs.1,475 (including Tax and shipping). I paid for in full using my Amazon pay balance my card.

Subsequenly, I received a package from Amazon on 11-Aug-20. When I opened the plastic wrapper, I noticed that the box in which the Keyboard was shipped was crumpled and was not sealed. The keyboard slid out of the box without even having to break the seal or open the flap on the box. The box also seemed well worn out and indicated that this is NOT new packaging, while the label stated manufactured in Jun’2020.

The keyboard inside the box was also wrapped in a flimsy plastic bag and had no protection whatsoever.

The mouse was not even in a box, It was again wrapped in a thin flimsy plastic bag. The wireless receiver to connect the keyboard and mouse to the computer was missing.

Since the receiver is missing, the keyboard and mouse cannot be used as well. This is of no use.

 

Given the current lockdown situation and the enormous strain that all of us are going through, I had ordered these online as a good citizen so as to continue by work, without having to go to the market buy the same,

 

However, unfortunately, Amazon has taken this as an opportunity to sell to its customers substandard product with missing parts and making money out of their helplessness.

The enormous delay in processing my request and also in shipping defective product, Amazon is taking undue advantage of individual cusotmers.

 

I hereby request your goodself to please lookinto this and help resolve this issue to my fullest satisfaction, by getting full reimbursement of costs I had paid, along with the penalty form Amazon for deficiency in service and mental agony and distress caused to me.
