Amazon Defective/Damaged product return request (with no verification check during pickup) raised 9 times, but order is not being picked from customer

It has been really frustrating as pickup was not done 9th time as well, can you support this issue?
Check below email from Amazon Service support where amazon assured me that if order will not be picked on 19th December then Amazon will initiate advanced refund.

Issue details:
Faulty product is not being picked up even when Amazon had raised product/phone return request under “Defective/Damaged product (with no verification check needed during pickup as product is in damaged/defective category).
When Pickup guy is coming to pick phone, he is getting product verification request to complete during pickup, so he is not picking the product/phone. He says there should not be any verification check for this phone during pickup.
After each failed pickup we contacted Amazon support, but they and they said that every pickup request is being raised under Defective/Damaged product category with no product-verification needed; so there should not be any verification check during pickup from customer, product/phone should be picked without any checkup.
It has become really frustrating due to this deadlock, being a customer we are feeling like tortured as we are suffering from approx 19k INR loss, and Amazon doesn’t seem positive to solve this pickup issue as it has failed 9 times back to back.
On 17th Amazon customer support service lady assured for successful pickup on 19th December and raised another pickup request, and promised us that in written (via email) that if pickup will fail again then amazon will initiate advance refund.
But again on 19th even the pickup guy didn’t call or came to pick the phone (he has come 6 times before at our address in 9 pickup request, so he is very well aware about the address).

Pickup Request created on – 26-Nov, 29-Nov, 30-Nov, 02-Dec, 07-Dec, 08-Dec, 10-Dec,13-Dec, 17-Dec, 19-Dec. (In last 2 pickups on 16th, 19th December, no one called/came to pick the phone).
Kindly help to solve the issue and get our refund.
