Hi I recently got a call from a girl saying she is seasonal offers department member of Amazon where stated I’m selected for a gift and offered me to select one out of 5 things and she said my details and gave a code where I entered in amazon and got as stated by her and after then she said to pay 5000 to get the gift which is nominal and refundable amount and I believed paid where resulted to get a whatsapp message details as order of gift will be received after then she is not lifted the call and her mobile in switch off mode and resulted me with no option other than to file a complaint against amazon because of the girl said data of mine is only saved in amazon . As I requested amazon there are not giving answer .

Kindly investigate and solve my dispute.
