Image Uploaded by Anay goyal:I have ordered a phone from amazon on 1 May 2021 in which various offer are applied and it got cancelled,so I call customer care and asked for reason so they told me that it got damaged on it way so I asked them to reship it or give me offer that was applied previously so they refused me to do so but they are liable to give me pre applied offer or reship the product as it’s there mistake that product got damage on its way
