Text of Complaint by Maya:

I ordered a Amazon fresh order which was divided into 2 shipments each containing around products. However, only one of the shipments was delivered but the other was marked delivered but I didn’t get any. Contacted the customer care they refunded me the amount substracting the cashback I got( meaning: the actual refund should be 980 but they refunded 920 because there was a 60 rs. cashback on those products). I enquired about it so they said to order again then they will give me the cashback that they deducted. I ordered again with another coupon and this time the order was 1500+ . Before the day of delivery I contacted the customer care that I wanted to cancel just one product but if because of that whole shipment will get cancelled please don’t cancel it, that agent said he will cancel just one product only.i said okay. I was prepared to loose the cashback I got from that single product too . But then late in the night around 12 30 am, I got a email that whole shipment was cancelled. Refund was also there. Again they took the whole cashback. I contacted the customer care again and was talking to this one agent who requested to talk in hindi. I said okay fine. We were talking about it,then suddenly he started misbehaving and rudely gave useless answers then I started the recording on my phone , then he went silent as he heard the voice say “this call is recording” , he said after few seconds, “Haan Haan karlo recording” , I said “ji, aage boliye jo bol rhe the” he then went silent and started beating vigorously making huge noise and eventually cut the call without saying anything else. I called again and again for half an hour after that still got no response,he must have blacklisted me or something. this was such a disappointing and disgusting experience for me.
