Amazon has had the A to Z gaurentee in place for years. However, when you ask amazon to honor their own words, they will cause you more confusion and headache. I called on a few items which arrived late or not at all. Amazon has been recent attempting to re-charge me for items causing my bank to deny them and issue me a 25 dollar fee each time amazon does this. This is not only fraudulent, but it also violates their own terms. When asking Amazon to stop trying to take money they are not entitled to, their response was to give them another credit card and let them charge that one. Are you serious?
