Well , I just moved into Hyderabad & ordered a sofa cum bed from Dr Smith Moshi Fabric Sofa. it didn’t turn out to be the way i expected . The image & the physical product doesn’t match . Hence the very next day have requested for refund & opted for self courier , Later due to some restriction in my apartment (due to coivd )had to write and email to the society team & wait for the approval , which was going to take 36hrs , i don’t wanna go through that hassel , hence called the customer care & requested for PICK up on 9th of april .

The first lady I spoke to helped me sort this & said have requested the seller & he will do the needful . due to government holidays & festivals she mentioned it might take seven days or so i was okay with it . Seven days passed by nothing happened i place an second call some other person says sorry ma`am seller is not responded for the request will again raise the issue , & you’ll have to wait for 3 more days , done that also , again i call them after 3 days the new representative says we don’t have policy of return pick up as it’s not amazon product we can’t arrange for the pick up ? really where i`m i buying it from amazon or the seller ?

If that wasn’t ur policy why was i promised at the first call ? & made me wait this long ?was my question to him? He says I can see the conversation from the seller his mentioned “send it yourself “. like this is the kind of sellers u guys deal with ? & youll are not be able to solve one pick up request ? & telling the customer this is what my seller says so u know no option than sending it yourself. After that I asked him to connect me to seniors because I clearly don’t like the way I was blamed for waiting this long .

He connects me to name called NIRNAYANT. he said ma`am pls give me 3 more days if the pick up donet happen will ensure to send someone from amazon team & will get this item picked & also mentioned not to worry ill do the follow up on this and keep you updated . well again none of that has happened i haven’t received any kind of follow up call .So i call back to customer care today (27th april ) same old story seller reverted this this he can’t do …goes on have asked him to connected to this NIRNAYANT who promised me he will take care of the situation & they were unable to do so bcs of multiple shift & we don’t know which senior the call might get connected , i said okay connect me to any one .

AND THE PRABHU guy happened to be the senior and says i`am lying because we don’t have any such option as amazon can arrange for pick up When it was sold from the seller ! Like really do you think have made up this story & telling you that this guy promised me he will send someone to pick up the sofa & the seller will reimburse the money back ? he says not possible might be a misunderstanding . seriously Such big misunderstanding? & he says no you have two options either send it by yourself or wait for two weeks ? & also blames me saying i don’t see any difference in the colour & the image shown on the website !

So your agenda is if you’re not able to solve the issue, blame the customer ? harass them to that level that they give up ? like 20 days i have been harassed by your team by giving fake promises & blaming me & calling me a liar .And then i give up & disconnect the call there is an email saying refund will be given & courier method is self ship ? Like is no one understanding the language i’m speaking or you’ll just don’t want to help ? is there anyone here who can help me ? or do i get to listen to the same old story ?

I need my money back at any cost and i need youll to take action against this seller & NIRNAYANT & Especially PRABHU . He thinks customers only lie & don’t have any other work than sitting and chasing for my hard earned money .

despite of all the above mentioned today on 28th April I receive an email saying ur return request is rejected , reason return period has expired.

they blamed me for following up constantly and called me lier and misunderstood on them arranging for a pick up . and they can’t connect me to any senior to sort out on this issue . It’s my hard earned money have been sleeping on floor because Amazon is not able to solve one issue and my money is with them .
