I ordered a Protoner 20kg home gym combo pack on 27th of May in Amazon. It was to be delivered on 18th of June. But till now Amazon India haven’t delivered my product.
When I contact customer service, they say that they can’t confirm as to when my product will be delivered. Is this the service amzon is providing?
Moreover when I track, it shows product arrived and left the city guwahati twice both on 17th and 18th of June. How can a particular product leave a particular city twice?
Moreover, now amazon is telling me that you can cancel the order or order a new one.
Who will pay for the loss of my time? Who will pay for the long wait? Who will pay for the undelivered product?
Amazon India must think from their customers part too. Even if you can’t deliver it on time due to this pandemic time, you should atlease confirm a date that by this day your product will be delivered but it didn’t happen.
Amazon was constantly telling me that my product will be delivered on 18th of June by 9 pm for which I had to cancel all my plans and stay home just to receive the order. Today is 22nd, and there is no confirmation.
I need amazon india to pay for the loss of my time. This is not done.
