I ordered Dell laptop worth 53,990 rupees from Amazon.in and I got a defective product with wifi and sound issues. Now, Amazon is refusing to accept the return of order even though it is in the return period.

A few months back i bought a h.p i-3 core 7 generation laptop from amazon at rs.30,990 .after few week it shows bad performance like work slowly,suuden stop working,hacked,poor image quality and net performed badly. So i therfore request you to take action against my complaint as it is under guarantee period .i feel cheated by a company as the product was bad and worst i ever see .it a trap to cheat a customer on the name of sale or through wrong information .
