I ordered a Samsung M 21 Mobile phone on July 1st 2020 under the exchange offer. The delivery guy came and knocked my bell yesterday and asked to see my old mobile phone (RedMi Note 4) for the exchange thing. I asked him to wait for 5 mins so that I can remove all the data from my phone. The guy told me that he will come soon and receive the order, now after 10 mins I got a message that he cancelled my order for no reason.
I don’t know how the supply chain of this organization works? The company has wasted my precious time waiting for the product. I don’t know if it is any kind of prank they played to me? That’s completely injustice to a customer.
