Company – Amazon company Product / Service Type – smart watch Order Number – 402-7765748-7685116 Date of Purchase – 02-11-2022 Amount Paid – 2499rs. Registered Mobile Number – 7798066622 , 9588669511 Order is on name of – VAISHALI HANDA Problem – I wanted to raise a complaint against the company as I have purchased a smart watch for my kid from above mentioned company, after payment when order arrived due to size issue I want to return the product but when I raise a return request company pickup boy came and check the product carefully he take the product but refund is not initiated I contact with the company they said that product was different, and not giving refund/replacement amount. Now they are not even answering to my query and when I am requesting them that if they are not able to refund my amount they must atleast return my product but they and not doing so. Please help me out to recover amount from Amazon.
