I returned the Amazon jewellery product the kushal fashion jewellery product on 10th dec Saturday delivery agent pickedup the product Saturday but still status not changed to picked up
And showing customer refused to return it’s a big lie, then same day i raised a complaint customer service associate said to wait 72 hours to update a status,but still not updated and again I raised complaint they said they should do investigate it takes atleast one week then also they not solved my issue. again I raised complaint that even pickup agent not responding to my calls or messages but they didn’t concern my issue atleast after long process they confirmed your product is not pickedup from ur side so we can’t refund your amount i said pickup agent lied he took the product even though they said we can’t do anything mistake is from your side our pickup agent said he didnt picked the product then I realised this is totally a scam process they took so many days and said can’t give my money back I lost around 6450rs from that product
