I bought a canon camera from amazon . And after use some days I realised camera battery got drained earlier and i raised a return which is amazon policy and free collection with in 30 days . But amazon arrange 3rd party company for the collection which is UPS carrier. I am cashing amazon and ups from the 1st of February for the collection that product but both of them not listing to me the disconnect my calls please help me.
