i purchased a laptop from amazon last novemeber i purchased 1 year acko warrent also they also gave me 1 year warrenty . when product reached it was over heating with in 7 days i returned they gave me other. now i completed 7 monthes one day i put my lapto in the almirah after finishing my work after the 1 day i t again try to use my ldell laptop but what i observed my laptops uper window stucked with nkeyboard and when i open the upper windows part thereself coming out . i compalint to cm care of amazon first they were very rude . they said talk to manufactur i said i purchased this from amazon i didnt find any detaile of manufactur they said we cant to anything our work is finished .i asked that i paid approx 39000 for the product and how cheap parts manufactrur used in laptop they are melting the lady who was in cm care she didnt guide me anything and said with amazon very well educated people deal she used same line so many times according to her i was uneducated . i told them then why you dont tell uneducated people that only educated peoplecan use your sites. they disrespect me misguide me harressed me but didnt resolve my problem i contiune call cm care of amazon but they cut my ph dont gave me any answer with in 7 months how there dell laptop melting. i purchesed dell 15 (2021),i3 1005g1, laptop 8gb 256gb
