I open my account on Amazon for online shopping purpose. And when I add 44500rs in my Amazon pay through amazon gift card. And I order a OnePlus 7t pro and suddenly I change my plan to buy OnePlus 8t pro. and I cancel OnePlus 7t pro after cancel this order my Amazon account locked. After locked my Amazon account I call Amazon customer care but that guys not help and I send email to Amazon customer care. And Amazon customer care executive always send me automated email for closing my account.
I already submitted my all documents and proof that I used on my amazon account but that guys nit open my Amazon account. He always send automated email.
Amazon guys told me I used invalid Amazon gift card. I don’t understand if Amazon gift card are invalid then how it is add in my Amazon account.
So I request you please help me to unlock my Amazon account in my amazon 44500rs. Please help me.
