Order# 405-4147166-4791524 was placed on Jul4 and was due for delivery on Jul10. This was to be delivered against an OTP. The OTP was received but no order but the status sows delivered. When Amazon was contacted their agent said that it is an OTP delivery, so it has been delivered and nothing can be done. I, as a customer cannot contact Amazon delivery person and question him! Despite emails and phone calls and request for a manager to call back, there has been no follow up. I have placed several more expensive orders in the past 12 months and have had no issue. I would expect a professional organization to help follow up and close this n a professional manner and have the package tracked and delivered or alternately provide a replacement or a full refund.
