Sir amazon team delivered me tiles.and when i will complain to the Amazon cis team and cutomer team.they arranged for self courier. They drop the mail as proof that when our fake product reached our warehouse. We will insiate refund .my courier delivered amazon warehouse. And now amazon cis team completely know that cutomer has no any proof for legal action .now cis team denied my refund.pls help me.
