I have purchased kids toy(magic car) worth (rupees 1,164)and it was defective so I placed for return/exchange on 27th oct 2021 and i received defective product and not satisfied so placed for return only amazon also taken the item back on 31st oct 202,all these transaction made through amazon pay later but still today 27th November 2021,i dnt receive my payment back either pay later/mode of bank act or nothing completely 1month passed I’m keep on calling amazon customer call and giving all the particulars but no response they are asking me to 5-7 working days and asking me to check the bank details but nothing happen.

I had purchased some products using Amazon pay later, and my repayment date was on 5 august 2022, but i had manually done the payment on 1 august 2022 (Rs.1101) (before the due date), but it was pending and i had done same payment again on next day 2 august 2022, (Rs.1101) and amount had debited from my federal bank account multiple times and and did not credited to beneficiary account (multiple times on august 1 and august 2) but my payment status didnot got updated even after 10 days, it was showing amount pending, i had attached the payment proof here, i had contacted several times to amazon customer care and and federal bank.

    I had contacted federal bank customer care, they told that the amount of rupees 1101 which i had done on 1 august 2022 and 2 august 2022 has been successfully credited to beneficiary account. (IDFC FIRST BANK) and also gave me refference number :
    1.payment done on 1 august 2022 is (75503 72221 40174 76019 467)
    2.payment done of 2 august 2022 is (75503 72221 50174 99531 190)

    when i contacted amazon customer care they told me that your lending partner is IDFC FIRST BANK, and gave me the number to contact IDFC FIRST BANK, i contacted them and they told to wait 2 working days, then after 2 working days they told 4 business days, and finally told issue will be resolved on 10 august 2022, when i contacted on 10 august 2022 they told me to again wait for 8 business days,.finally i contacted amazon customer care today they told me that the amount had been successfully credicted towards IDFC FIRST BANK SIDE

    now it will impact my cibil score as well and also they are showing incorrect due amount

    also i have all call recordings too
