amazon cheated me and the refund amount not credit yet

Text of Complaint by SANTOSH CHANDRA:

This is to inform you that on dated 20-01-2023 I booked a mobile from the Amazon e-commerce website which amount was 16539/-. In which there was also an exchange phone. Which modal number is “VIVO- Y12S” and IMEI No-868390058228897 AND 868390058228889.

The phone booked by me was supposed to be delivered today 25-01-2023 but the courier executive (Mr. Sobit) refused to deliver and he told me that it has been canceled by Amazon itself. He didn’t even see my exchange phone properly, only checked by entering the IMEI number which was “OK”. When I tried to know from him why did you refuse to give my order? At first, he flatly refused to tell me, after so many requests, then he talked to his Senior Manager Mr. Haider. He also said that it is already canceled by Amazon.

Dear Sir, Amazon has cheated me. My order has been canceled by lying to me. The phone was not handed over to me without any reason. I gave its money in advance to Amazon only on 20-01-2023. In e-commerce, if the IMEI number of the mobile does not match, then its money is demanded but the order cannot be canceled. And Amazon canceled my order calling me a liar. Due to this, I am very hurt. I tried to talk to the customer several times but their response was very poor.

Finally, I talked to Mr. Rahul from the amazon executive, he was saying that the delivery person has canceled it. He also told me that our field executive is everything. He is an engineer, he is a technician and he is courier executive. Our company has left everything on it. Dear Sir, I did not understand one thing, the executive whom you have accepted everything, did not even see the phone once. It is a matter of shame that you have refused to give my product without any reason and till now have not returned my refund.

Everyone is talking differently. Who is right and who is wrong knows nothing. Way amazon has wasted my time and refused to deliver my product without any reason. I want strict action should be taken against him. And I should get my refund in just a few hours. Because it is the fault of Amazon and its delivery partner.
