On 30 sep 2019 i received 2 kg bournvita from amazon. It cost me rs 589. Wen i opened the parcel i found on box that mrp was rs 680 & rs 136 already off on tht box.which means it’s cost was rs 544. But i paid rs 589. That means they cheated me as they took extra 45 rs from me. Wheni complained they said v will give u gift card worth rs 45. But till now i have not received any gift card inspite of reminding them again&again. 1stly they harassed me by charging more. Than i devoted my time in order to complaint. Every time i have to explain issue to each of tgeir representative. Than they assure me that u wl get gift card. But again i have to remind them e everything. Devote my time again& agsin.but all in vain.it’s too bad on their part for harassing their customers.
