Respected sir/Madam,
I have purchased battery operated toy car from amazon for my 4 years old kid.i have purchase it with Rs 12,695/- and it was delivered to me on 5Th july 2021.
I have tried to unboxing the product on very next day and i found that MRP which is printed on packing box is Rs.6,999/- only.
immediately i raised concern to the amazon as this product has the 7 Days returnable policy. they told me that they are logging my call and they will revert in next 3 days with the conclusion.
after 3 days i called again and that time they told me to wait one more week to get it resolved. in this period i neither able to return the product nor received refund of my difference amount.
i called them again for the resolution and they are giving me another dates and so on.
i have connected with seller also and they text me that if my problem is verified by amazon then they will refund me. but still i didn’t hear from them.
as an evidence i am attaching the invoice of the product, order info screenshot,and picture of the packing box which shows the MRP of Rs6,999/-.
one of the amazon representative told me to give me a refund in my amazon pay but that was also not received it yet.
i need your help to resolved this issue.
they charged me almost double amount than MRP.
