I bought a product on but after 8 days of Amazon cancelled the order without giving any explanation. I had paid using Amazon Pay. They claim that if a customer pays with Amazon Pay balance and if the order is cancelled the refund is instant i.e. it is credited to my Amazon Pay balance. But it has been more than 24 hours and I still haven’t received my refund. This is False advertising.
The date of order was 20th of October and the cancellation date was 28th of October.
