I have paid prime membership to amazon for a whole year. For the last 2 months all order are cancelled stating no clear reasons.
I would like to escalate an issue which is creating high frustration for me in the last one month,.
My Amazon orders are continuously cancelled and I receive an message from Ofm team saying that I should not contact customer care;And I should reply to the email, Upon replying to the email, There is no response. Please e below one of the emails.
I am unable to receive any items because the order gets continuously cancelled.
I have called customer care at least five times and I have sent at least 10 emails to Ofm Id and there has been no response.
I am very surprised to know OFM stands for online fraud management and there has been no reason stated about my orders getting cancelled.
I cannot wait for months together,
I have a prime subscription paid for a year.
