ON 12th September 2023, I Order 3 Book From Amazon With Two Diffent Order Number As Per Their System, And I Paid For Both Order Through My Credit Card With EMI Option, Order Details As Below…

Above Order Delivered On Time And No Issue But Below Order

This Order Supposed To Be Delivered ON Monday By PM, And As I Check Order Status in Morning its Show Order Is Already At Package arrived at the final delivery station At 6:13 AM, So Even I Am Confident That I Will Received My Order On Time And My Software Devlopment Class Also Start From Wednesday So Not To Worry At All,

But Till Evening 7PM I Didn’t get Any Call From Delivery Guy So I Just Ask Customer Care Execitive About Order And They Assure Me That If its Not Delivered Today, They Will Tomorrow For Sure, So Some How Even I Agree With Them As I Realy Need it By Wednesday,

But Also Within Few Minutes I Got Notification From Amazon App That My order is Out For Delivery, So Its Better Now, But In 20 Minutes They Again Notified Me That order Is Returning To Seller Due To ” Item marked as rejected by you – returning to the seller. “, Even When I Didn’t Get Any Call From Delivery Guy Or Amazon…

Even I Contacted Amazon Customer Care That I Want It But they Told Me That It’s Some technical Issue And They Can’t Deliver It, After Few Minutes i Again Contact Customer Care Executive And They Assured Me That She Already Fill Delivery Re-Attempting Form Adn My order Will Be Delivered Within 48 Hour,

After Hour I Contacted Amazon Customer Care Again And they Again reply Its A Technical Issue And previous Executive Just gave You A False Hope, I Must Have Re Order It,

but All In It Problem With Amazon Local Delivery hub, Because They Have My Order Since Morning, But When I Raised A issue To Customer Care They Contact Local Hub Here, But As Local Hub Dont Want To Delievered It On Time, First they falsly marked My Order As Out For Delivery, And Withing Some Minutes They Marked order Can’t Be Delivered Due To technival Issue, Becuase They Dont Want TO Deliver My Order On Time And Also They Dont Want To Delivered It Now At 7PM, So They Just Created False Game Here, And Also If They Can’t Delivered It On Today Amazon Fined Local Hub Due To Not Delivery On TIme…

So All Of This They Play With My Future And Even Amazon Customer Care Answered Me falsly As They Just Want To Close My Case,

And Now Also I Have To Visit My Bank Branch So I can Sort Out My EMI details As More Than Half Of My Amount Will be Refunded My Credit Card, Just becuase Of Their Confort I Have To Suffer It All
