Please find the summary of our Amazon issue below:
We ordered two items from Amazon, both of which were eligible for Bonus offer during that time. Details below:
1. MI Notebook 14 ordered on 4th Nov’2020
2. MI TV 4X ordered on 31st Oct’2020
Above orders were eligible for Rs 1500 cashback each, so in total we should have received a cashback of Rs 3000 in our Amazon pay balance.
Our pain started for getting this cashback credited. Today, the date is 2nd Jan’2021 and we have called Amazon’s customer support team infinity no. of times. But on every call, I had to explain the scenario from Ground zero i.e., proving my eligibility for the offer (Offer details snip attached for your reference). There is negative coordination in their department and everytime they say that cashback team is working on it. We managed to get the cashback of Rs 1500 and now fighting for another set of Rs 1500 cashback. Amazon’s team attitude is so lethargic and they have crossed all limits now.
Although, I have called them multiple times and have collated the list of executive names and dates too (few) and few call logs where they openly agreed to their mistake.
I request you guys to help me how to proceed with this issue as now it is not a matter of Rs 1500 cashback but of customer torturing by a brand like Amazon.
