On 12th of June i received Amazon’s product ordered by me and it’s return window will close on 12th July so I apply return on 6th of July nd the product has been picked up on 14th of July
18th of July I checked my refund was not initiated and when I called to Amazon they told me your account is in hold keep it on for 48 hrs after it , account will open and work as before ,but not after 19th of July to 09th of August I had called Amazon 12-14 times but everytime they say u have to wait 48-72 hrs and this and that
So I’m in trouble and fraud happened with me that’s why I take help from consumer court so please look into this matter and figure it out
