I ordered Amazon Basic A/C 1.5 Ton in February 2020 through Amazon , Installed it in that month. Then my Air Conditioner stoped cooling in December 2020, I was too sceptical to not found any consumer support number for Amazon Basic equipments. Then finally I was able to call Amazon and register my complaint about non functioning of AC , then they scheduled the appointment for AC service in February 2021, but still I have not received any kind of AC servising . I put forward many calls also placed request for service but no help received.

Amazon basics ki air-conditioned ko complaint aisi ki complaint kitni bar karai hai but mujhe abhi tak koi bhi response nahin mila hai main 4 se 5 bar complaint kar chuki hun but udhar se koi response ni aaya
