I have procured an MI TV 50 inch 4x from amazon.
Amazon has a policy to provide installation service directly from MI .
Now in case i go for the installation by local technician or even i open the box and product is damaged in that case i have to bear the loss and no warranty or replacement will be done ny amamzon.
Now Mi is not providing installation to this and amazon is not helping to provide solution , neither customer service is providing any solution for this.
This TV is like a box to me and they are playing brand to amazon and vice versa.
Concern is why amazon is selling product or even listing such product where is brand dependencies and they are not aligned with the brand for the same with such policy .
complete harassment and wrong business practices
