Hello Team,
This is to file a complaint against Amazon. I have my account with Amazon with my mobile number 9763943683.
I worked for Tata for a US based customer and received virtual Visa card with $250 as appreciation from customer and that was redeemed to Amazon Reload balance under Amazon.com and that day my account was put on hold and I am not able to login. It’s been 2-3 months and I have been regularly calling customer support and also uploaded credit cards statement and PAN Card scanned copy but till date they are not enabling my account and providing reason that documents provided by me are not sufficient to enable my account. Request your help and support. Thanks a lot
