Text of Complaint by RAGUPATHI:

sir, My amazon account was on hold since 13 may 11.34pm. The reason is I have misused the amazon service kindly contact customer service. So I called the amazon customer support and they said that they have escalated this issue to the concert team(OFM TEAM) and it will be resolved within 24 hours. Till now my account was on hold. I have an order in that account and that was my first order on the account. I didn’t add any email ID on the account. After the timeline provided, I again contact the customer support of Amazon they said me kindly contact via email (ofm@amazon.in). I have mailed to that above mentioned email ID and informed the about this issue. The team replied to me asking the registered email ID or order number to verify the account. As I didn’t add Email ID to the account and I have order a product worth of 1599. 00 I did not have the order ID of it. And I have reply to the email ID that I have not registered any email ID on the account and I did not know the order ID. I kindly request you to unhold my Amazon account and cancel the order and provide me the refund of rupees 1599.00. As the reason was I am violating the Amazon service. I am sorry to violating the Amazon service. Kindly provide me the reason for violating the Amazon service. I have mentioned the account hold name and registered mobile number below with billing address. I kindly request you to unhold my Amazon account and please provide me the refund. Thank you
