Amazon blocked my account by telling I returned many items against their return policy which is not right..I am a prime member of Amazon.. the return agent never accept if the item is not matching with the image they have with them, they throughly check the tag, price tag, color etc etc before accepting the item..so the allegations are defaming me..they hold my refunds..Amazon prime video which I renewed till December…I need to get access to my account since I firmly believe these actions from Amazon is illegal and defaming me
