I am writing to summarize and submit a formal complaint regarding a persisting issue I have been facing with Amazon. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the matter, my Amazon account has been unjustifiably blocked, preventing me from accessing my account and managing my orders effectively. I have also been experiencing a significant delay in receiving a refund for the following items I returned:

Item 1: Marshall Stanmore II Wireless
Item 2: Apple AirPods Max Wireless
It has been more than 7 months since I returned the items, and I have not received the corresponding refund. Although the Amazon OFM team acknowledged the receipt of my returns, the refund process has been continuously hindered by the account block. Despite temporary reinstatements of my account for 48 hours, the customer service team has been unable to process the refund, referring me back to the OFM team.
This frustrating loop has persisted for 8 months, causing immense distress and inconvenience. I have made numerous attempts to communicate with Amazon’s OFM team, but the issue remains unresolved. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly and ensuring the refund is processed without further delay.
I have attached supporting documentation, including a screenshot of the acknowledgement of receipt by the Amazon OFM team. The evidence clearly demonstrates the delay in refund and the ongoing account block issue.
I kindly request your intervention in addressing this matter and securing a satisfactory resolution. Please provide me with an acknowledgement of this complaint and the assurance that appropriate action will be taken to unblock my account permanently and expedite the refund process.
