I have bought this watch yesterday evening and it got delivered today i.e. 20th Nov as I am a prime customer.
On delivery the watch hasn’t been able to sync with my IOS device, now when I tried to put up a return, the technician is telling me that it can’t be returned rather replaced what do I do with the watch which is not compatible.
Kindly take an exception and get my return processed it’s not even delayed by a day.
