I ordered some skin care products from Amazon. One was leaking and the other was different products, they said they can’t issue a refund nor exchange. So I told them it’s okay for the product which was opened & leaking but I should be allowed to exchange one which is completely different. They denied even though product was completely different from what I ordered. The inside and outside product was different, i don’t know if they sent me which customer returned or intentionally did it
