I have purchased ac from Amazon. In that installation kit was missing I have contacted to customer care of Amazon regarding missing of installation kit. They have told u can purchase from service center and give the gst invoice to us we will refund the amount you. I have paid Rs 3640 to service center now Amazon company telling we will refund only 2450. I am requesting to consumer court to solve the problem of my Rs 1190
