Sir,
On 16th October 2020, I have placed an order for iphone 11 with order id 402-2540729-8906717. There was an offer with HDFC credit card of 10% instant discount and 1250 inr bonus offer if the single amount is of 30000 or more. Instant discount applied on the same time and they mentioned that bonus cashback will be received in 2-3 days. Since now I have not received the cashback. When i contacted Amazon customer care they initially told me wait for few days n it will be credited. Now when I contacted again they said product is not eligible. I share the offers screenshot with them but they refuse.
