My Amazfit GTS mini watch suddenly stopped working. As per their process, I send it to their service center in Ghaziabad. However, they send me back a wrong watch (different color & serial no, old and used watch with scratches on display too). My watch was in mint condition as i used to wear this watch occasionally.
I immediately contacted customer care and asked to return back my original watch, but the response was very unprofessional. now they are even cutting the call while talking.
i have called them almost 30 times in last two days to get my original watch back. but no response. please help me to get my watch back.
