I bought an Amazfit Watch on 26 Aug 23, and it was delivered to me on 31 Aug and I found it to be a faulty watch.. I immediately escalated the matter to customer care and after calling and emailing them multiple times it was send back to them on 3 Sept from my side. I am writing this description as on 18 September till date I have not received any mail or intimation regarding condition of my watch.
So I urge all the customers to think before they buy from them.
I will provide all the details regarding this case further if case is admitted.
