Amante online order no. A108386. I returned items in the order, worth Rs. 1390.
Return picked up on July 16th
Return reached warehouse on July 19th
Inspected and found to be in good condition. (As confirmed by customer care)
I have been following up since last 3 weeks – no sign of the refund. Every time I call customer service they keep saying refund will be credited to me in 24-48hrs.
For me, 26 days have gone by, but for Reliance 48hrs are still not over.
Bored of getting the same reply, I have been asking the customer care folks for an escalation mode – email or phone. And they are behaving as if they have no idea what escalation means. They keep saying they cannot connect calls to superiors.
When I went on LinkedIn and Twitter to check, I noticed the brand has been inactive for ages. No wonder they do not care what customers think. So many customers have been asking for HQ number and no response.
On every other customer forum, there are complaints galore about Intimi and Amante refund issues. DOESN’T THE BRAND CARE AT ALL?
Is this how Reliance is making money? By cheating customers out of hard earned money?
