I placed an order on 19th May mobile worth Rs 4499 in shopmymobile website Payment got debited and I received a confirmation message along with the order id But still am not received my order.i tried to contact the customer care number but they are not answering the call so I sent mail to support but no reply. Am tracking my order number it says till processing.
Please register my complaint or else please guide me on how to raise the complaint in consumer court or how to go legally
