I am facing problem with installation of Minecraft Java Premium edition. No support available from the seller and also the Amazon.
I have been following up with Amazon for the last 12 or 13 days. I have made 4 to 5 calls to Amazon customer care. Every time they say the same thing thath they will update after 2 business days, They do not respond at all and I have to call them again and again.
The issue is that the seller is nit available either to me or to the Amazon. The Amazon team cann not help me with the installation process.
This product was purchased by me in the year 2020. At that time, the seller helped me with installation in my machine while chatting with me via Whatsapp. Now , suddenly, the application is throwing an error. I requested for a re installation but there is no support available.
I request you to take action on Amazon or the Seller.
I would like to demand Amazon to refund the money if the issue is not resolved.
