Normally they charge a delivery fee. But I have a care plan which is a paid service, they call it free delivery. But their agents always create problems while delivering. Specially an agent named Raman Raj (8377810503). My home is at the 4th floor. So this person always keeps my parcel in a nearby store and I had to pick it from there. It’s not a big deal. But today I was not well, so I asked him to deliver it at my doorstep. But he refused first and then started to argue. I said “If I can go down to collect the parcel, then I can go to a nearby pharmacy. What’s the use of ordering online through 1mg and after paying the delivery fee?” He replied “Then go to a pharmacy and don’t order anymore from 1mg”.
Why doesn’t 1mg teach their agents to behave politely and deliver the medicines at doorstep, because they are charging a delivery fee?
