Holiday Booking ID: NL2102703705644
I have booked a holiday package from MMT which includes flights, hotels, sightseeing, activities and transfers. I got a call from MMT and they asking to book the flights by own as Go-First flights are cancelled till 23rd May.
I am surprised, even how they can say this to customer while my package already includes flights. I know this well every company has the contingency plan to handle these situations and now it’s MMT responsibilities to arrange the alternate flights. On the same time I don’t have enough funds. I am requesting MMT to either do the full refund Or arrange the alternate flights. Please help to get this issue resolve ASAP as my travel date is 21 May to 26 May.
