I had my car repaired by GoMechanic-faridabad team and when I got there to pick my car, I found out they had stolen alloy wheels from my car and replaced them with normal wheels. I asked for my wheels, but they told that there was a theft happened at their workshop and their some more article also theft, I asked them to provide copy of FIR but they didn’t have any copy as they are just fooling around. I complaint abt the same to their customer support but they didn’t provide any help.
My cars alloy wheels are company fitted and are more costlier than normal tyres. I am 100 percent sure that the staff had stolen wheels from my car to sell them in local market.
