“Hi,
I am Monojit Mandal & the email id monojit3@gmail.com belongs to me. Today afternoon I have received an email that some order is being placed with this email id & I have got the same confirmation in my email id. But I don’t have any amazon registration with this email id. Please check how somebody else can use my email id for amazon registration without my consent. Please consider this on priority basis & resolve the issue.”
The order ID’s with that email are
#405-7961030-9117945, #405-1178024-8397148, #405-5026607-4277115
This concern was raised to amazon customer care but till date I haven’t received any call or email regarding solving the issue. I had also shared the ordered items details to amazon.
The issue is a security concern & need to be resolved at the earliest.
