Hello consumer complaints court Team,

I have converted my postpaid number (9032056785) to prepaid last 3 days back. and today afternoon (01/04/2019) all of the sudden network down. without info they migrate on business hours at the same time I lose my impertinent communication from my clients. same time I have call/approached Airtel service center, but still now they don’t give the solution.

Due to this activity I lose the communication from my impertinent people, and Airtel ware doing works back end without customer information.
